Welcome to ReferMe Marketplace, a digital media and marketplace platform operated by Faulcon Enterprises LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and our Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

Cookies and similar tracking technologies are described in our separate Cookie Policy, which forms part of this Privacy Policy by reference.
Calendar Data Access and Use
Our application integrates with third-party calendar services such as Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook to prevent scheduling conflicts for businesses.
We only access free/busy availability information from connected calendars. This allows us to check whether a time slot is available or already booked.
We do not access, read, store, or modify:
- Event titles
- Event descriptions
- Attendees
- Any other detailed calendar data
The accessed availability data is used strictly for:
- Preventing double bookings across platforms
- Ensuring accurate scheduling for business users
We do not use this data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or analytics unrelated to scheduling, and we do not store calendar data beyond what is necessary to perform real-time availability checks.

SMS Messaging & Mobile Data
ReferMe Marketplace supports three distinct categories of SMS communication, each with different consent requirements:
- Transactional SMS communications — sent to a platform user about their own account or activity
- Invitation SMS communications — a single, one-time message sent by a business to a contact the business has selected, inviting that contact to view a profile or book a service
- Marketing and promotional SMS communications — recurring promotional messages sent only to recipients who have provided their own direct consent
Consent to one category of SMS communication does not automatically constitute consent to any other category. In particular, receiving a single invitation message does not enroll a recipient in, and does not constitute consent to, recurring marketing or promotional messages.
SMS consent is optional and is not required to create an account or use ReferMe Marketplace.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile phone numbers, SMS consent information, and SMS opt-in data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own independent marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share such information with service providers and communications providers, including Twilio Inc., that process information on our behalf as necessary to provide, operate, secure, and support the Services, including SMS delivery and messaging infrastructure.
Transactional SMS Communications
When you provide your phone number and opt in to receive SMS communications, you may receive transactional or service-related text messages from ReferMe Marketplace.
Transactional SMS messages may relate to your account, referrals, appointments, transactions, or services requested through the platform. These messages may include:
- Account verification codes
- Password reset codes
- Appointment confirmations
- Appointment reminders
- Appointment status updates
- Appointment rescheduling notices
- Refund and cancellation notifications
- Service-related notifications
- Other account or transaction-related communications
Message frequency varies based on your activity on the platform. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS notifications by replying STOP to a message. For assistance, reply HELP.
Invitations to Non-Users ("Import & Invite")
ReferMe Marketplace allows a business to select contacts from its own device's contact list, or from an uploaded file, and send a single invitation SMS message inviting each selected contact to view the business's profile or book a service on ReferMe Marketplace.
The Import & Invite feature works as follows:
- The business, not ReferMe Marketplace, chooses which contacts to invite. No contact list is imported or messaged automatically or in bulk without the business's specific, individual selection.
- Each invitation is a single, one-time message. ReferMe Marketplace does not send automatic follow-up or reminder messages to an invited contact who has not responded, booked, or otherwise engaged with the Services.
- An invitation message is informational in nature and distinct from a recurring marketing or promotional campaign. It is classified and registered with our messaging providers as such, separately from recurring marketing campaigns.
- By selecting a contact to invite, the business represents and confirms that it has a good-faith basis and any permission required by applicable law to send that contact a one-time invitation message.
- Receiving an invitation message does not enroll the recipient in any recurring communication. A recipient who wishes to receive future marketing or promotional messages must separately and affirmatively opt in themselves.
- Any recipient may opt out of future contact at any time by replying STOP, and their number will be added to a suppression list that prevents further messages, including future invitations, unless they later provide new consent through a compliant opt-in method.
If you believe you received an invitation message in error, or you wish to be removed from a business's contact list, you may reply STOP or contact us using the information at the end of this Policy.
SMS Marketing Communications
Where SMS marketing services are available, businesses using ReferMe Marketplace may use the Services to send recurring marketing or promotional text messages to recipients who have provided the consent required under applicable laws and regulations, directly to that business or to ReferMe Marketplace.
Marketing SMS messages may include:
- Promotions
- Discounts
- Special offers
- Product announcements
- Service announcements
- Events
- Marketing campaigns
- Other promotional content
Marketing SMS consent is optional and is not required to create an account, make a purchase, or use ReferMe Marketplace.
Consent to receive transactional or invitation SMS messages does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing or promotional SMS messages.
Marketing SMS messages may be sent only where the applicable consent requirements have been satisfied and documented.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
Recipients may opt out of marketing SMS communications at any time by replying STOP or another supported opt-out keyword, and may reply HELP for assistance.
Business-Uploaded Contact Information
Businesses using ReferMe Marketplace may upload or select contact information, including names, mobile phone numbers, and other contact details, in order to use the Services and, where applicable, send invitation messages or create and manage SMS marketing campaigns.
Businesses are solely responsible for ensuring that they have obtained all legally required permissions and consents before sending SMS communications to uploaded or selected contacts, and for maintaining records sufficient to demonstrate that consent upon request.
Uploading, importing, or selecting a contact's mobile phone number does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing or promotional SMS messages.
Businesses may not use ReferMe Marketplace to send unsolicited, deceptive, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful bulk SMS messages, and may not use the Import & Invite feature to send repeated, unsolicited, or non-consensual messages to the same contact.
Where required by applicable law or messaging provider requirements, businesses must be able to demonstrate that recipients provided the appropriate consent to receive the applicable SMS communications.
ReferMe Marketplace may process uploaded or selected contact information to:
- Validate contact information
- Manage contact lists
- Send invitation messages
- Create and manage SMS marketing campaigns
- Determine eligible campaign recipients
- Process consent preferences
- Process opt-out requests
- Maintain suppression lists
- Deliver SMS messages
- Monitor message delivery
- Maintain compliance records
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, carrier requirements, and messaging provider policies
SMS Consent Records
Where applicable, ReferMe Marketplace may maintain records relating to SMS consent and communication preferences. Consent and communication records may include:
- Mobile phone number
- Date and time of consent
- Source or method through which consent was provided, including whether a message was a business-initiated invitation or a recipient-provided marketing opt-in
- Type of communication authorized
- Business or campaign associated with the consent
- Date and method of an opt-out request
- Date and method of a subsequent re-opt-in
We may retain these records for operational, compliance, auditing, fraud prevention, and dispute-resolution purposes.
SMS Opt-Out and Suppression
Recipients may withdraw their consent to receive marketing SMS communications, or decline further invitation messages, at any time by replying STOP or another supported opt-out keyword.
When an opt-out request is received, ReferMe Marketplace will add the associated mobile phone number to a suppression list.
Mobile numbers on a suppression list will be excluded from future marketing SMS campaigns and future invitation messages, unless and until the recipient provides valid new consent or re-consents, where permitted by applicable law.
Businesses using ReferMe Marketplace are responsible for honoring recipient opt-out requests and may not attempt to circumvent, override, or otherwise bypass applicable suppression controls.
ReferMe Marketplace may retain suppressed mobile phone numbers and related opt-out records solely for the purpose of preventing future unwanted communications, maintaining compliance records, and enforcing recipient communication preferences.
SMS Re-Opt-In
A recipient who has previously opted out of marketing SMS communications may provide new consent to receive marketing messages through an available and legally compliant opt-in method.
A new opt-in does not necessarily restore consent for all businesses, senders, or marketing campaigns. Consent may be associated with the specific business, sender, or marketing program for which the recipient provided consent.
SMS Help Requests
Recipients may reply HELP to applicable SMS messages to request assistance or information about the messaging program.
We Do Not Sell Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS consent information, or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own independent marketing or promotional purposes.
We may disclose information to service providers and communications providers, including Twilio Inc., that process information on our behalf as necessary to provide, operate, secure, and support our Services, including SMS delivery and messaging infrastructure.
Data Retention & Security
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as required or permitted by applicable law.
We may retain certain SMS-related information, including consent records, invitation records, opt-out records, and suppression records, for as long as necessary to honor communication preferences, prevent unwanted messages, maintain compliance records, resolve disputes, and fulfill legal or regulatory obligations.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our use of cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies is described in full in our separate Cookie Policy, which is incorporated into this Privacy Policy by reference. You may manage cookie preferences through the mechanisms described there or through your browser settings.
Cookies and online advertising technologies are separate from SMS communications of any kind. Consent to cookies, website tracking, online advertising, or other digital marketing activities does not constitute consent to receive SMS invitations or SMS marketing or promotional messages.

- Access and obtain a copy of your personal data
- Request correction or deletion of your personal data
- Opt out of marketing communications and future invitation messages
